Partner Projects – Volunteering Opportunities
Our partner projects have the following volunteering opportunities; please contact them directly to find out more:
Hampshire County Council’s network of Waste Prevention Community Champions are a fantastic group of volunteers who help residents reduce their food and household waste and save money by passing on hints and tips within their local community. Community Champions receive full training and access to online and practical resources to help them get started. They also receive dedicated support and regular updates and communications.
Hampshire Market Garden have a number of volunteering roles at either the Hambledon or Lockerly locations, and a couple of remote working roles too. Whilst many of the roles are hands-on, but there are a few specific skills-based roles, and suitable for those needing a light-duty job.
Please visit their website to see details about their current volunteer vacancies. Team Building opportunities are available too.
A number of our Good To Grow network partners are looking for volunteers; either those with growing experience to help other members, or for those with limited growing experience to join the community growing space.
Please contact the community project directly to enquire about volunteering opportunites.
